A:  Yes. DEDAO Mats are designed with sustainability in mind. They have a long lifespan—typically over 20 years—which helps reduce landfill waste. After their service life, the mats can be recycled, contributing to a greener environment.

Q: Are DEDAO Mats Safe for Radiant Floors?

A: Yes. DEDAO Mats are flame resistant, will never ignite, and have a melting point of 400˚(f) making them safe for radiant flooring systems. 

Q: Can I Cut DEDAO Mats to “Fit” Custom Spaces (i.e. Corner, Lazy Susan, Pillar)?

A: Yes, DEDAO Mats can be trimmed to fit custom spaces without affecting their performance or voiding the warranty. With our one-piece construction, the mats will not separate or delaminate when cut. Custom cutting is  also available upon request.

Q: Do DEDAO Mats Have an Odor?

A: No. Our mats are made of polyurethane, which does not release “off-gassing” like rubber, vinyl, or biodegradable foam mats.

Q: How Do You Clean DEDAO Mats?

A: Our Mats need little to no maintenance. You can spot clean, sweep, use a stick vacuum (without a brush roll), or mop as needed. Most spills can be easily cleaned with a towel. For tougher stains, use mild soap and water.
